All About The Process

1. Why buy a repairable vehicle?

The major reason for purchasing a repairable vehicle is price and cost of ownership. A repairable car is discounted for much more than the cost of repairs. Repaired cars are often sold two to three years after purchase for near the original investment. Mileage and maintenance will affect normal depreciation in the same manner as with new or used vehicles.

2. How much can I save when I buy a repairable vehicle?

The amount or percentage of savings depends on the type of car and the model year, but is usually substantial. Of course, repair costs and quality must be considered carefully and factored into the total cost prior to the purchase.

The person or company repairing the vehicle should always carefully estimate the repairs prior to the actual purchase to ensure it is feasible for you.

3. Who buys repairable cars?

Most purchasers are repair shops, custom builders, racing teams, exporters, brokers, and of course individuals throughout the United states, Canada and the rest of the world.

4. Who fixes repairable cars?

Most repairables can be fixed by body shops and garages. In some cases, individuals fix their own cars, especially if there is no structural damage to consider during the repair process.

5. Where do you get repairable cars?

Most of our vehicles are purchased directly from insurance companies throughout the US. Others are purchased from automotive dealers, shops, and directly from individuals.

In all cases, we are looking for vehicles that were in above average to excellent condition prior to casualty loss and will provide good value for our customers.

6. How safe are repairable cars after being fixed?

When properly fixed, repairable cars are as safe as other cars on the road.  Often times they are even safer as the cars are thoroughly gone over by certified mechanics and inspectors.

7. What type of title do repairable cars have?

Unless specified all vehicles are sold with a repairable salvage title, rebuilt title (R-title), or a clear title. We do not sell vehicles with junk titles (non-repairable).  Please check with your state motor vehicle department for the exact process as each state is different.

8. Do you transport your vehicles?

We do transport cars within 100 miles of our location in Pen Argyl, PA 18072.  However will assist you in finding a reputable and reasonable shipper or transporter.  www.haulmatch.com, www.uship.com, are all viable options to ship vehicles with.

9. How long do I have to pick up my car?

All vehicles will be stored securely for 10 days after purchase. After that period a storage fee of $25 per day will apply. Exceptions will be made for certain circumstances.

10. Do you have any other fees that I must pay?

We do not have any hidden fees that you will pay.  All documentation, minor cleaning, weather protecting, etc., fees are included in the sale price.

11. How do I pay?

Payment can be made by certified check, money order, bank wire, credit cards or cash.  Credit cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee.

12. Can we provide parts for cars that are purchased?

Please see www.car-part.com to find quality used parts for any vehicles that are purchased from us.

13. Is there any warranty?

13. We only warranty a valid and lien free title. We have tried our best to describe and photograph the damage; however there could be items that are unforeseen or undetectable at time of inspection. This is a used vehicle, and all buyers must account for normal wear and tear. If it is not pictured do not assume that it is there.

All repairable vehicles are sold AS-IS WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS with a salvage title. It is not a "junk" title. Carfax does not differentiate between "salvage" and "junk
